МВД выясняет обстоятельства смерти владельца «Телетрейд групп»

Как стало известно “Ъ”, российские правоохранительные органы проверяют обстоятельства смерти в Германии владельца российской «дочки» международной брокерской компании TeleTrade Владимира Чернобая. В международном розыске он находился с октября прошлого года вместе с племянником Олегом Суворовым, курировавшим в компании финансовый блок. Обоих следствие считает организаторами мошеннической схемы, по которой у клиентов одного из крупнейших форекс-дилеров было похищено более 1 млрд руб.

По данным “Ъ”, Владимир Чернобай скончался в Германии 18 июня 2019 года. В эту страну он выехал на лечение от рака незадолго до того, как был объявлен в международный розыск (это произошло 30 октября 2018 года). 19 июня гроб с его телом доставили в аэропорт Шереметьево и в тот же день кремировали. Церемония прощания с Владимиром Чернобаем якобы проходила в частном крематории «Честный агент» на территории Николо-Архангельского кладбища.

Тем не менее в данный момент российские правоохранительные органы проверяют обстоятельства смерти бывшего владельца российской «дочки» международной брокерской компании TeleTrade Владимира Чернобая.

По данным “Ъ”, в ближайшее время в Германию Генпрокуратура направит соответствующий запрос.

Адвокат Антон Мерзликин, представляющий интересы господина Чернобая, заявил “Ъ”, что «не ставит под сомнение» факт смерти своего клиента. «О том, что он тяжело болен, мы заявляли неоднократно в ходе судебных заседаний во время избрания и продления ему заочно меры пресечения»,— заявил “Ъ” господин Мерзликин. При этом, по словам адвоката, ему ничего не известно о том, что тело его клиента после смерти было доставлено в Москву и кремировано. «Насколько я знаю, пока следствие не запрашивало у родственников Владимира Чернобая согласия на прекращение его уголовного преследования в связи со смертью»,— добавил адвокат Мерзликин. Сделано это может быть по не реабилитирующим покойного обстоятельствам.

Как деньги клиентов уходили мимо электронной биржи
Как уже рассказывал “Ъ”, уголовное дело по ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ (мошенничество в особо крупном размере) было возбуждено следственным департаментом МВД 18 июня 2014 года. В активную фазу расследование перешло летом 2016 года, когда в десятках офисов компании в различных регионах прошли обыски, в которых были задействованы несколько сотен сотрудников правоохранительных органов. Как следует из материалов уголовного дела, мошенники, прикрываясь брендом TeleTrade, который еще в 2016 году получил лицензию Центробанка на брокерскую деятельность, подыскивали клиентов путем банального обзвона по так называемым холодным базам (список абонентов МГТС, базы ГИБДД и проч.). В течение нескольких лет злоумышленники привлекали средства граждан под предлогом участия в игре на рынке Forex, а затем выводили их из-под контроля клиентов и похищали. В частности, обыски прошли в 11 столичных офисах, откуда осуществлялось руководство всеми 124 региональными подразделениями ООО «Телетрейд групп», представляющего в России интересы группы компаний TeleTrade. Отметим, что тогда Владимира Чернобая сотрудники полиции застали на его рабочем месте — в офисе в Большом Спасоглинищевском переулке. Однако он и его коллеги давать какие-либо показания отказались, сославшись на 51-ю статью Конституции. Вызванный после этого повесткой на допрос к следователю, господин Чернобай на него так и не явился.

Как говорят оперативники, доля выигравших на бирже клиентов TeleTrade не превышала 5% от общего числа, да и счастливчики были в основном «своими». Кстати, во время обысков в офисах партнеров ООО «Телетрейд групп» на видных местах красовались стенды с фотографиями и именами людей, якобы выигравших на рынке Forex приличные деньги. Однако, как говорят в МВД, проверка нескольких таких персонажей показала, что они вымышленные.

Любопытно, что даже в тех случаях, когда клиенту удавалось крупно выиграть, денег он не получал. По словам сыщиков, в таких случаях гражданам сообщали, что выплаты пока задерживаются, поскольку деньги находятся на счете офшорной Teletrade-DJ Internationale Consulting Ltd, а тем временем специалисты компании путем вмешательства в программное обеспечение выводили выигрыш со счета клиента под видом якобы выполненных им финансовых операций.

Очередные следственно-оперативные действия в рамках этого дела прошли в октябре 2018 года. Тогда обыскали все тот же офис в Большом Спасоглинищевском переулке, а также офисы в башне «Федерация» в «Москва-Сити» и в Хохловском переулке. Именно там арендовало помещения ООО «Телетрейд групп». Задержанных оказалось трое. Формально они никакого отношения к ООО не имели, однако, по данным оперативников, именно эти люди являлись неофициальными руководителями организации. В частности, по ходатайству следствия Тверской райсуд Москвы арестовал Александра Калашникова, курировавшего столичный и более 50 региональных офисов форекс-дилера, Владимира Лапшова, отвечавшего за безопасность и урегулирование проблем с клиентами, а также специалиста по набору кадров Андрея Котова.

Предполагается, что от действий обвиняемых могли пострадать больше тысячи человек (300 уже признаны потерпевшими), которым был причинен ущерб на сумму свыше 1 млрд руб.

Лицензия на брокерскую деятельность на рынке ценных бумаг у ООО «Телетрейд групп» была отозвана в январе этого года.

Недавно суд продлил всем троим меру пресечения в виде содержания под стражей. Владимира Чернобая и его племянника Олега Суворова, отвечавшего за финансовый блок компании, задержать тогда не удалось: оба успели скрыться, а вскоре перебрались за границу. Позже суд наложил арест на имущество господина Чернобая, в собственности которого якобы находятся помещения в башне «Федерация», несколько квартир в центре Москвы, коттедж в Подмосковье и несколько автомобилей.
